Super Mario Bros.

It couldn’t have anything to do with it’s saucy leading lady, could it?

These films, whether successful box office hits or not, are definitely responsible for the evolution of video games. They helped turn our video games from levels to life-like, and created characters we could relate to. The movies are well love by fans and can be found syndicated on popular channels and dish network channels on the weekends. PlayStation made a big announcement today! PlayStation and DIRECTV have partnered up to offer NFL Sunday Ticket on the PS3 game console. This will allow PS3 owners the chance to watching every out-of-market Sunday game on their gaming console.

So, how does this work exactly?

If you do not have DIRECTV, you will have the option to subscribe to NFL Sunday Ticket for the season. It will cost $339.95 for the season.

Existing DIRECTV subscribers, who already have a subscription to NFL Sunday Ticket, will have access to the service on their PS3 for no additional charge.

According to PlayStation’s official blog post, the sports line up available on PS3 may be increasing in the near future.

FlyOrDie pretty much created the online board game genre of sites for me. They have stayed free and accessible by every computer since their creation through the use of small out of the way ads. The games range from Checkers to Chess to more exotic games such as Gomoku and Go. You won’t go on and immediately lose to every advanced player there is. You start out as a white player and advance through various colors and crowns until you get to gold.

Pogo is more of a traditionalist gaming site. They are still free and have a lot of choices but they do not offer any foreign games. Mind you there are still lots to choose from with what they do have. They even bring older classic back to life with new skins and 3d animation.
